Civil liberties are those rights or freedoms the people or the citizens of nations are allowed to have or to enjoy in life. The civil rights are different for various countries in the world. These are guaranteed that the people experience without even interferences by the government. In case there is the need for any interference from others or the government some processes needs to be followed and may involve judicial processes. The fact that these civil liberties should not be interfered with is controversial for the reason that most of the rights and freedoms may be abused at the expense of other people or even organizations. How far individuals or citizens should enjoy these rights or liberties is not as clear as it should be in many nations. In most countries, these rights and liberties are found in the constitution or the bills or rights. It is important that governments are keen on educating the people on their rights and how far they should go in enjoying rights and liberties. The education programs should also be provide clarity as to when people’s rights are overlooked or disrespected and the procedures that should be followed in case this happens. Constitutions or bills of rights in different countries should also have provisions for circumstances under which some rights of the people may not be observed. This is a condition that only occurs in special occurrences or events.
